The production of our chrome plated induction ground spindles is made of CK 55 material. Especially in linear roller bearings, the low surface hardness causes scratching on the shaft. This causes the bearing to fail on a clean surface and fail in a short time. The middle part of the shafts is of normal hardness, and it is possible to reach the normal hardness body that can be threaded by threading in the middle or removing the sawdust from the hard outer surface.
