Chrome Plated Induction Grinded Millers
Our chrome plated induction ground spindles are made of CK 55 material. It has a surface hardness of 62+/-2 HRC. Especially in linear roller bearings, the low surface hardness causes scratching on the shaft. For this reason, it is effective in the failure of the bearing to work on a clean surface and its deterioration in a short time. The middle part of the shafts is of normal hardness, and it is possible to reach the body with normal hardness, which can be threaded by threading in the middle or removing the chip from the hard outer surface. Including chrome-plated shafts increases the usage time of ball bearings.
