Chrome Plated Induction Grinded Millers
Our chrome plated induction ground spindles are made of CK 55 material. Surface hardness is 62+/-2 HRC. Especially in linear roller bearings, the low surface hardness (55 HRC piston shaft, only chrome-plated non-induction shafts, mercury steel) ensures scratching on the shaft. This causes the bearing to fail to operate on a clean surface and to fail in a short time. The middle part of the shafts is of normal hardness, and it is possible to reach the body with normal hardness, which can be threaded by threading in the middle or removing the chip from the hard outer surface. Thanks to the chrome-plated shafts, the life of the ball bearings is extended.
