Chrome Plated Shaft SFC 8
Chrome Plated Induction Grinded Millers
Chrome plated induction ground shafts are made of CK 55 material. It has a surface hardness of 62+/-2 HRC. Especially in linear roller bearings, the low surface hardness (55 HRC piston shaft, only chrome-plated non-induction shafts, mercury steel) prevents scratching on the shaft. For this reason, the bearing cannot work on a clean surface and break down in a short time. The middle part of the shafts is of normal hardness, and it is possible to reach the body with normal hardness, which can be threaded by threading in the middle or removing the chip from the hard outer surface. In addition, SK series or SHF series aluminum bearings are used for bearing the shafts.
