Our chrome plated induction ground spindles are made of CK 55 material and have a surface hardness of 62+/-2 HRC. Especially in linear roller bearings, the low surface hardness causes scratching on the shaft. This causes the bearing to not be able to operate on a clean surface and disrupt its operation in a short time. The middle part of the shafts is of normal hardness, and it is possible to reach the normal hardness body that can be threaded by threading the middle or removing the sawdust from the hard outer surface.
